Husband and I went in and was greeted right away by Samantha and Adrian. Adrian started to clean and inspect my ring and Samantha looked at it too. They were VERY polite and nice. Helzberg diamonds offers a beautiful selection of jewelry! I have been a customer for over 6 years and bring my jewelry in for cleanings and inspections a couple of times a year. The staff at helzberg diamonds has always been very helpful and knowledgeable, and are quick to offer guidance with whatever you need. I recently brought in my wedding rings to get sized and cleaned. Adrian was very friendly and efficient and knew exactly how to help me with my rings and what needed to be done. This is my go to jewelry store when purchasing pieces and I 100% trust them to keep my jewelry in beautiful condition.

My husband originally got my engagement ring and wedding band from Helzberg. I loved it! We’ve been married almost 7 years and decided to upgrade the center diamond to a bigger size and add a band to the other side of my ring. The work done by the master jewelry is impeccable! The sales staff was great in helping me find the exact same band I had gotten originally (it wasn’t in store and they actually had to special order it). Any time I go in to get my ring inspected and cleaned, everyone is so helpful. I would recommend Helzberg to anyone who’s looking for any kind of jewelry, they’re truly so amazing to work with!
