I originally brought in a ring that I found at a thrift store that half the helzberg stamp on it to find out more about the ring. I then saw that they did repairs as I have recently lost some weight, my wedding ring was very loose. They treated me very well in st. Cloud mn location. They are professional and wonderful. The person who did the repairs is amazing AND the best part is that they do this in store. No shipping your jewelry to a different location. I loved the work that they did on my ring! It looks amazing and feels wonderful! I highly recommend them.

I have been coming to this store in St Cloud MN for awhile. I continue and will continue to to be a repeat costumer because of Faith and Samantha. It is always a joy and pleasure to see them both and they are amazing at there jobs. There are a lot of jewelry stores in my area but what separates them all is Faith and Samantha’s customer service, it is one to none. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone I know.

I came in for cleaning and then they inspected my wedding ring and found 2 loose stones and sent it for repair. I have the lifetime insurance and it’s so worth it. My wedding/engagement ring always comes out with shimmering diamonds 💎 always looks brand new. Thanks to James who made sure that I am all satisfied and happy customer.
