I had an excellent experience. Yesterday I went into the store to pick up my jewelry after cleaning and whatever repairs that was needed. I was impressed with the attitudes and professionalism of Sharnita and Theresa. An issue happened while making a gift purchase which would have killed the deal with me walking out, but Sharnita and the store manager calmly helped resolve the problem. The best part was it was all done with genuine concern and kindness. Visit and buy from HELZBERG DIAMONDS located in Oxon Hill MD, Tanger Outlets.

I was doing some Christmas shopping at the outlets and I stopped by Helzberg Diamond’s To take a peek inside and look at some jewelry for my girlfriend. Sharnita Simpson (Sales Associate) Approached me and wanted to pick my brain about what I was looking for we had a conversation she pointed me to some very nice necklaces. She pointed me to this one particular necklace. She was very helpful about it. She explained the cut quality clarity color. She was very helpful with breaking down finances the multiple ways that you can pay for the necklace. It was a great experience. She was a very nice lady, Funny down to earth, It never really made me feel like she was overselling or pushing me to make a purchase and I do appreciate that I did end up buying the necklace for my girlfriend and I hope she loves it. Thank you Sharnita Simpson I will be coming back to make more purchases with you because of the way you treated me!!!
