I had an excellent experience. Yesterday I went into the store to pick up my jewelry after cleaning and whatever repairs that was needed. I was impressed with the attitudes and professionalism of Sharnita and Theresa. An issue happened while making a gift purchase which would have killed the deal with me walking out, but Sharnita and the store manager calmly helped resolve the problem.
