I had an amazing experience thanks to Tonya. She was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me pick out the perfect earrings along with a chain for my necklace. I was doing some Christmas shopping at the outlets and I stopped by Helzberg Diamond’s To take a peek inside and look at some jewelry for my girlfriend. Sharnita Simpson (Sales Associate) Approached me and wanted to pick my brain about what I was looking for we had a conversation she pointed me to some very nice necklaces. She pointed me to this one particular necklace. She was very helpful about it. She explained the cut quality clarity color. She was very helpful with breaking down finances the multiple ways that you can pay for the necklace. It was a great experience. She was a very nice lady, Funny down to earth, It never really made me feel like she was overselling or pushing me to make a purchase and I do appreciate that I did end up buying the necklace for my girlfriend and I hope she loves it. Thank you Sharnita Simpson I will be coming back to make more purchases with you because of the way you treated me!!!

I bought a pair of earrings for my girlfriend for her birthday and she didn't like it so I tried returning it at the Pentagon location but they said I'd have to go back to here to return so I did. And when I come to return, the shock of me finding out that I could have returned it there and that the Pentagon location KEPT my certification for the earrings. But thanks to the manager here at the National Harbor location, Tonya, I was able to return and she made sure to let them know as well. She handled everything perfectly, and gracefully. When I shop for my engagement ring I'm coming back here because of her customer service.
