I had such a wonderful experience at Helzberg Diamonds, even though I wasn’t originally a customer there. My fiancé and I were concerned about a ring we had purchased elsewhere, so we came in to have it tested. The store manager and her team went out of their way to diamond test the stone for us and confirmed that it was moissanite, not a real diamond. What stood out most was their kindness and professionalism, they didn’t just stop at testing the ring, but the manager personally walked with us to the other store to ensure we had proof so we could get a refund. That level of support and customer care is rare, and they truly went above and beyond for us despite not making a sale. Helzberg has definitely earned my trust, and I will be coming back as a customer in the future.
