We came tonight 2/24 and had the most amazing experience with Jordan and Eva-Marie. From the moment we walked in, they were very welcoming and made sure we were taken care of. They took the time to ensure the rings we needed inspected were perfect and when it came to resizing a few pieces, they made sure it would fit exactly how I wanted. We even got to talking about my pearl jewelry and how I got it on a previous vacation. They truly made us feel like family and welcome the entire time. I will definitely be going back to this location as my home Helzberg and hope to have them again!

This Helzberg location is by far one of the best places to shop for jewelry. The folks that work here are so friendly, extremely helpful, and are experts in the business. We frequently purchase our jewelry here because of the wonderful staff. Just yesterday, we stopped in to get our jewelry cleaned, and they noticed one of the diamonds on my husband’s wedding band was loose. I bought my husband’s ring years ago and not at Helzberg, but Eugene and Qi didn’t even care about any of that. You’d expect them to start talking about repair plans, timing, cost, etc., but Eugene did his magic and tightened up the setting in under a minute without us even asking. It’s because of Qi and Eugene and their phenomenal service, their genuine, nice gesture, that we will continue to shop here exclusively… so, thank you, Qi and Eugene!! You’re both amazing human beings, and we appreciate you!!!

I stopped in on Sunday for help with ring sizing, and the two associates who assisted me were amazing! I just wish I had gotten their names. I’ve been dealing with a very frustrating experience with another jeweler over a ring you unfortunately don’t carry. They truly went above and beyond to make sure I had a proper fit while explaining the differences in band widths. When another customer came in, the lady stepped away to assist them, and the gentleman continued taking the time to ensure I had all the information I needed. They not only embodied exceptional customer service but were genuinely kind humans. It meant more to me than they know. I just wanted to say thank you! They built a rapport that will absolutely have me returning for future purchases and sending others their way!

Pleasantly surprised by the wonderful service I received at this location. Christian thanked me for my long time of being a loyal customer and Jane was very knowledgeable about the repairs I needed and was extremely patient while showing me many pieces I was interested in. This place has a calmer vibe than the normal mall experience. Parking was easier too. I’m happy I decided to come here.
