**Update 05/17/2021**. If I could give 10 stars I would!! I dealt with Desiree today and she was super helpful and patient and kind. I swear you guys you can’t get a better jewelry family than these guys!! I won’t go anywhere else ever!! The ladies there were amazing very patient and very helpful we left with the ring I wanted and I cant stop staring at it. I honestly feel like a movie star at a red carpet event. Couldn't be happier highly recommend. I went back tonight 1/11/2020 and we got a necklace for my late christmas present and the gentleman helping me tonight was awesome. This store will not let you down. Keep in mind I was the jerk that went in 20 minutes before they closed(I already knew what I was coming for) but I browsed and checked out some other items not once was I rushed or hurried out the door so they could go home. I will continue to return to this helzberg store and continue to tell everyone I come in contact with to go here. Thank you guys so much. 10/24/2020 they have done it again!! We went in tonight and the same gentleman that helped with the necklace helped us purchase my second ring i got tonight and again the quality of the jewelry is amazing and the customer service is top notch.

Addison actually went way beyond what he had to do to help take care of me and my band exchange. He has been the most pleasant and friendly person I’ve ever worked with in a jewelry store. Herbert has already been my favorite jewelry store, but thanks to Addison, this specific store is above all.
