Good evening, me and my Husband visited Helzberg in Opry Mills Mall in Nashville Tn on 6/7/26, we were looking for wedding ring replacements, first we stopped at Kay's no one paid us any attention, we stopped at Zales and no one paid attention us any attention my husband was ready to leave but I said 1 more hunny which was Helzberg. A gentleman was standing at the counter and said let me know if you need assistance ☺️wow acknowledgement, a plus. I got the gentleman's attention his name was Ozzy, Awesome Awesome person, he helped us pick our rings and his customer service was superb. He advised us of what we needed to know about our purchase. I went back on 6/14/26 and all women were in there and no acknowledgement not even from the 2 or 3 that was at the counter, since I didn't see Ozzy I was ready to leave when I was instructed that I had to leave because one of the ladies needed to close the gate to go get something, I said no worries you can close your gate. While I was walking to I started to stop and go get a refund for my purchases but I said I'll wait to see Ozzy. I'm back on 6/16/26 and was acknowledged by Anthony Montgomery oh my Jesus he prayed with me because of my husband's health issues (How Freakin Awesome) was that🙌🙌☺️☺️he assisted me as well and didn't hesitate to hear my jewelry concerns and needs as well. These 2 gentleman will be a good reason for me to continue to spend money with Helzberg inspite of some of the reviews. LADIES yall better step your game up just because everyday, not flashy, dressy people come in you never know their situation or what the want to spend. You should treat all customers as if they are spending a Million with you. Thank you for listening. Thank you Ozzy and Anthony for your Assistance and time with me and my Husband. Hope to be back sooner than later.
