Best Customer Service I’ve Ever Had I’ve been going to Helzberg Diamonds for about a decade, and I’ve always had good experiences — but Jennifer Escamilla took it to a whole different level. From the very first phone call all the way to the final in-person transaction, she was on point. Professional, helpful, insightful, and honestly the best customer service I’ve ever had at any Helzberg location. She packaged everything perfectly, made sure I understood every step, and treated the whole process with the kind of care you want when you’re buying something as important as an engagement ring. I came to her after another location gave me attitude and barely any time of day. I was already feeling unsure, but Jennifer completely flipped the experience around. She blew it out of the water. If you’re looking for an engagement ring or anything meaningful, go to Jennifer. Trust her. She’ll take care of you and make the whole experience smooth, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable. Highly recommend.

My fiancé and I recently started visiting jewelry stores to get a sense of engagement ring pricing, cuts, sizes, and styles. We weren’t planning to purchase anything yet — just doing some research to prepare for the future. We first stopped at Zales and Kay Jewelers. Unfortunately, both experiences were underwhelming and discouraging. At each store, we were not greeted upon entering and ended up waiting inside for 20 minutes without being assisted at Zales before deciding to leave. It felt anticlimactic and disappointing, especially given how special engagement ring shopping is supposed to be. Then we walked into Helzberg Diamonds — and the experience was completely different from the moment we stepped inside. We were greeted immediately and treated with genuine hospitality. Jennifer and Erika were incredibly warm, friendly, and accommodating. They took the time to ask thoughtful questions, provide guidance, and truly understand what I was looking for. They made trying on rings feel exciting, special, and even more memorable than I anticipated. What started as “just looking” turned into us walking out with a ring! That alone speaks volumes about the experience they created. Thank you to Helzberg Diamonds — and especially to Jennifer and Erika — for turning what had been a discouraging afternoon into such a positive, joyful memory. We truly appreciate the exceptional service.
