I wanted to highlight the care that I received from the first time I walked in. Our family was going through a loss and that was the purpose of the purchase as a memorial I ordered my daughter a pendant and had it engraved. I received personal texts from Erika that went above and beyond customer service. Then when I picked up the finished product her heart for me and my family was evident and comforting. She worked with me to purchase a necklace and that was the cherry on top! I am grateful for this experience and will definitely be back in the future and recommend shopping here to anyone.

Jenn, Jules, and the whole team were incredible. We walked into Helzberg not expecting to purchase anything. That changed quickly with how Jules worked to find an engagement and wedding band that fit my style. Jules and Jenn later told us how there would be a show the next day and to come back in to get great deals, sizing in house, and the ability to essentially custom make a ring. We come back the next day, earlier than our set time, and we were immediately helped and treated with so much care and respect. Jules and the woman running the diamond show started pulling bands, settings, and diamonds and gave us truly exceptional service. We were able to look at our diamond under the gem scope and leave the ring in store to get fully sized. Again, this was because of the show (normally you would need to send it off). As we were checking out, Mrs. Jenn helped us to pick out my boyfriend’s wedding ring too. We left and about an hour and a half my ring had been assembled and we came by to pick it up. It was a touch too small and they solved that issue right away. They got it sized up and we were out the door. I can’t recommend Jenn, Jules, and the whole team enough. If you are in need of fine jewelry, come to Helzberg.
