I’ve been shopping at Helzberg for years now and recently upgraded my wife’s bridal set. Madison was amazing throughout the entire process. We had an idea of what my wife had wanted an I showed it to Madison and she had pieced together an absolutely flawless set that turned out more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. Madison had went out of her way to call me countless times an send many emails. I couldn’t ask for a better sales associate throughout the process she proved why I am a repeat customer and because of her exponential service I will be coming back for many more purchases.

Tony, the jeweler, did a flawless job soldering and sizing my rings—his craftsmanship and attention to detail are truly unmatched. Heather, the store manager, went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect and stress-free. She was kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely excited for me, which meant so much. The rest of the staff was equally wonderful—friendly, supportive, and professional throughout the entire process. I came to Helzberg for my regular inspection and cleaning and left with 4 more items to add to my collection with no money out of pocket! Madison was very informative on monthly payments and all of the credit options. She cleaned all my jewelry (even the things that weren't purchased there) and explained to me I needed to send my ring in for some prong work. Tony the jeweler had my prongs fixed in no time! 10/10 Helzberg!

I got an Invicta watch as a gift and stopped in there to see if they could remove a link for me. I was greeted by Heather Mike the store manager she was very friendly. She said she would remove the link for me. She did it on the spot and was very quick at doing it. I am very happy with my experience. I highly recommend stopping in Helzberg Diamonds and seeing Heather Mike.
