I stopped in because I felt like my diamond was loose. The women at the counter completely took care of me. Adjustments were made and they reinspected it. I was able to leave same day with my ring! Very thankful for the wonderful staff! They had set my loose diamond about a year and a half ago into a specific band and it came out absolutely stunning! I will always come back! Thank you ladies!!
