The most amazing service and people! Heather in particular assists me every time I come in with cleaning, browsing for gifts, or anything else I need. Compassionate people. My father gave me my mom‘s wedding ring after she had passed. Unfortunately, one of the diamonds fell out and I was distraught over it. I had gone to Helzberg in tears and not only did they assist me, they had it back to me before my own wedding. I cannot say enough about the quality and dedication this location and staff show to their guests. If you are on the fence, take the plunge!

In finding a ring for someone very special they were very helpful and patient. Now I can't wait till the day that person gets to see it. Will update after. But Miranda and the older gentleman were absolutely amazing and so nice and caring. I've been with helzberg diamonds since the 90s and I will never buy jewelry anywhere else

Visiting Helzberg Diamonds is a wonderful experience, whether it is in person or online. But if you can, I recommend visiting in-person; the team at this Helzberg is absolutely amazing! They are kind and extremely helpful, and they walk that fine line between salesperson and helpful customer service with ease. The gentleman that took care of us gave us a tour of the entire store and pointed out all of the beautiful pieces and identifying very quickly what our favorites were. The prices were affordable and the sale prices were phenomenal. We walked in shopping for Mother's Day pieces for my Mommy and walked out with pieces for her, for me, and for my daughter! We were able to purchase all of these pieces for the price of one piece at the jewelry store across the street. If you are in the market for fine jewelry I would suggest making Helzberg Diamonds your first choice!
