My daughter and I just had an amazing experience with Ashtyn at the Portage store this afternoon. We needed to do a repair on a set of earring and we were pushing their closing time. It could have gone two ways. Instead of being annoyed that we came in when we did. She was beyond helpful and kind. It’s unfortunate to give such a low rating, but it’s come to be what feels like very pushy sales tactics after inquiring about certain pieces of jewelry. We built a great relationship initially with the woman who helped us pick out engagement rings, and then wedding bands and a couple of necklaces after. She was truly amazing. But since, we’ve come in to get jewelry cleaned up and looked at, the sales tactics have felt uncomfortable. It’s extraordinarily disappointing from our original experiences.
