She spent extra time with us, patiently walking us through every option and making sure we found something that not only captured our dream design but also fit our budget. This was my first visit to Helzberg Diamond in at least 3 years. The atmosphere was friendly, relaxed and absent of any pressure. Ashley and Aleks were both amazing but everyone in the store was supportive and helpful. What I especially appreciated is that no one guessed at anything. They sought help from others in the store. This means that we came in for a pair of earrings for my wife and left with earrings, a, bracelet and a necklace for my daughter.
