Kristen was so attentive and helpful. We originally went in to have our ring resized and she helped us do a whole upgrade to my dream band and a new diamond!!! We weee very happy with her service and kindness through the whole process.

All the staff were wonderful. Kristin spent so much time with my son, explaining in details all characteristics of diamonds as he selected the engagement ring for his soon to be fiancee. She seemed very trustworthy. The ring is absolutely beautiful! After checking out many stores, rings, settings, diamonds, he is so happy with his choice!

We had the pleasure of working with Aleks and he helped us narrow down and ultimately find exactly what we were looking for! He was knowledgeable, patient, and sincere. While working with him, we didn’t just feel like we were being given a sales pitch, Aleks’ in-depth knowledge and attention to detail gave us the confidence to make a very big decision feel simple and straightforward. We were planning to check out a few other jewelers, but ended up ending our search early because we were impressed, not just by the quality of the pieces we purchased, but by the Caliber of customer service we received. I always say, you can tell a lot about the quality of a business/employee when things go right, but the true test is seeing how they handle it when things go wrong. A small mistake was made during the check out process, but Aleks took accountability and went above and beyond to remedy the situation, leaving us feeling even more sure we had made the right choice! We will definitely be referring our friends and family to Helzberg— especially to Aleks :)

This location has THE best customer service. I went in with a very specific price point, very tight timeline and limited options for jewelry. Aleksander was phenomenal in brainstorming ideas to fit my needs. Kristin was also very helpful (I even called back with some more questions she so kindly answered). They were a breath of fresh air after coming from another jewelry store that's located just up the road from them!
