I got my gorgeous engagement ring custom made and purchased at the San tan village location and had a good experience at first but then lost a diamond in my ring and went to take it in for repairs again at the San tan location but they were very unhelpful and told me to take it to the Chandler location for help. I have had the best experience at the Chandler Fashion Square location Tommy, Bri, and Charley were so helpful and even rushed my repairs for my bridal shower they were absolutely amazing and I will now only go to the Chandler location! I cannot thank them enough!

I went into the store a couple weeks ago to browse for a watch and Tommy immediately came over to help me, found the perfect fit after I explained my very specific preferences in jewelry. He also helped me pick out a pair of very cute gold earrings that were exactly what I had imaged for myself. While Tommy resized my watched, Emily cleaned all my jewelry that I had on and made it sparkle like brand new. I had on my hand a ring that is a family heirloom and probably hadn't been cleaned in more than 40 years, and she made it sparkle like I had never seen before. Great, attentive, and knowledgeable team at this location! I will definitely be coming back for my next jewelry purchase.
