Jenn is the BEST, and we highly recommend her! She works with your budget and helps you find the best options for your price range. She made sure everything was perfect. She even gave special attention to our son, showing him how the machines worked, giving him stickers, and involving him in many conversations (you can tell what kind of person someone is when they provide the same level of respect to kids as they do adults!). She was kind and so wonderful! I felt like I’d known her forever and just loved talking to her. She spent quality time with us and provided expert opinions on what she recommended. She didn’t make us feel bad that we didn’t have a lot of money to work with. She instead made sure we left with something we loved. I will be keeping her contact info so we can continue working with her in the future, and I look forward to seeing her again :)

Peter greeted us when we first walked into the store. Such a gentleman, respectful, not your typical sales person. I appreciated the kindness and the attention he showed us. We had walked through the entire mall and spoke to every jewelry store representative there, but there was no one that offered the quality of service like Peter did. He and his team went beyond to take care of our daughter who was looking to purchase her future husband‘s wedding band. It was a delightful experience and one that we will treasure always. Brian was so great. Went in to shop for a necklace for my soon to be step daughter and an engagement ring for my girlfriend. My girlfriend did not realize I was buying it then. He walked her through everything and got her exactly what she wanted. We really enjoyed his company and felt like we made a new friend while we where shopping. Great experience, he even took a picture of us with her new ring and sent it to me after she figured out what was actually happening. He seemed genuinely moved by the whole thing.
