Peter helped my fiancé and I try on wedding bands for our upcoming wedding. We were so sure we would not find something she liked but he made it happen. Jenn was an incredible help from start to finish. Both with customizing my own wedding ring and selecting a ring for my husband to be also. She was patient and showed us so many options. We brought my mom’s ring in to have her stone made into something for me for my own wedding. My mom recently passed so Jenn was so considerate during the whole process, knowing how special my mom’s ring is to me and how special I want my own ring to be. Thank you so much! We can’t wait to see the finished product!

This was the second time 11.29.25 buying jewelry from this Helzberg. Again it was an amazing experience. We have bought from Kassie before who was amazing but she was busy so Arman the manager helped my wife and I. In all the years of working in the retail field I have never had the privilege of working with a manager as amazing as Arman! He is genuine, kind, caring, professional and helpful! He truly cares about his customers along with knowing his products and aligning them with the customers needs. A great sales professional and manager! He made my wife and I very happy! He truly was a pleasure to work with and a great experience for us. If you are looking for jewelry for your family they have some great Christmas deals and throughout the year too!
