Jeremy A at your Centerra location is leagues above normal service! Being in the world of sales, I usually have my guard up. Once I saw Jeremy, and started talking to him, I could tell he was a kind hearted individual! Not only was his knowledge on jewelry excellent, but he was also able to hear out my situation and give me amazing advice!! I purchased a ring for a girl, and I could not have done it without Jeremy A at the Centerra location. I’ve been to luxury car dealerships, watch shops, jewelry stores etc, nobody has given me to courtesy, understanding, and professionalism like Jeremy A has. His answers weren’t always quick, but I know they were intentional answers. Answers to give clarity and understanding to a situation. I went into the shop with a bit of knowledge and an idea of exactly what I wanted. Jeremy knew the store inside and out, showed me the rings in my price range, and style. To be 100% honest, I don’t see Jeremy as your salesman. I see him as the standard everyone else should be striving for! I don’t know what he’s getting paid, or what promotions are coming his way, but I can tell you this, ITS NOT ENOUGH FOR HOW AMAZING HE IS!!!!! This locations has been AMAZING! My husband originally purchased my ring in Arizona where we used to live. Since moving to Colorado and Jeremy and Sarah have been great. The Arizona location was horrible and had to change my ring a hand-full of times. Loveland Helzberg has been great and I would highly recommend! Very friendly and knowledgeable!

I’ve been shopping at this location for almost 18 years now. Aaron is by far the best here! He is always so helpful and personable. Jeremy is also fantastic and very nice. Ryan, the jeweler, takes care of all my pieces that have warranties on them and never disappoints! I highly recommended working with these 3 gentleman at this location.

I went in looking for a birthday gift for my girlfriend, I was looking for something with a heart shape to it. Sara very kindly showed me all of their stuff with Hearts on it, multiple times without getting annoyed or frustrated with me. Side-Note I saw that the store has restrooms, a drinking fountain, and a separate enclosed child area with games, books, and things, to keep them occupied while you are making a possibly life-changing decision. So it seemed like Sara just wanted to make sure that I was pleased with what I ended up leaving the store with. I also noticed the isles are nice and wide, so I was able to make my way around the store without bumping into everything with my forearm crutches. Sara also explained the Lifetime Care Plan (warranty), so its super convenient to get it cleaned or repaired when life happens to it. While I was making my decision a couple came in with a dog that was very professional, it was the woman's emotional support animal. Anyway, the couple was helped by another sales associate, but the woman was inquiring about their customizability with all of their Jewelry, especially rings and Engagement rings, including Natural stones vs Lab Created. (People are apparently VERY particular about what kind of ring they want, so make sure you know how your partner likes their bling, plus they have an in-store Jeweler. It can be interesting to watch from the viewing window as they fix or make something). I ended up buying a gold with diamonds heart. Even if it is flipped to the wrong side the necklace still shines. Thank you to Sara and all those at Helzberg Diamonds.

So I am a little late in posting this but I literally can not speak helzberg diamonds praises enough. I came to them after a somewhat bad experience with another jeweler and I had low expectations. From talking to Sara and Holly on the phone, to going and looking at the ring, to picking it up, they couldn’t have been more helpful in every step of the process. Coming from a guy I can tell you they took my jumbled thoughts of what I wanted her ring to look like and made it come to life. I am not one to hop on and post about people doing a job well done but when people like holly and Sarah make dreams come true, you tell people about it. If you have any inclination that you want to get her a ring gentleman or any jewelry for that fact, I encourage you to call these people and tell them your thoughts. They didn’t just sell me a ring they helped me create the perfect gift. There is no reason to settle for a jeweler just looking to take your money when you can go to holly and Sarah and have an amazing experience. To this company and to these people I thank you and I hope from a regular guy like me, people come to you and have their expectations exceeded like mine were! Thank you! 5-17-2024 I want to add on to my original post. I could not recommend this place more for all of your jewelry needs. I recently went in to get a matching wedding band and was helped by Aaron. This gentleman was the pinnacle of what a jeweler and businessman should be. It was nothing but a wonderful experience and I hope that at some point everyone gets to experience the customer service that was given to me. Helzberg corporate office if you are listening, ask Aaron how he does it!!!
