I went to this location to get my ring set cleaned and ended up getting a complete new upgrade!!! Thanks to Adelaida for her amazing customer service! She was wonderful and very knowledgeable about the items which helped my husband decide on my new beautiful rings! I loved everything about this location. The cleanliness of the store. The employees were very helpful and very nice. Special thanks to Adelaida, Alex & Carmela for everything!

I cannot express in words the high level of customer service I received when visiting this location. The assistant manager, EJ was incredibly helpful in every way! My boyfriend (now fiancé) and I were looking for possible engagement rings. My fiancé wanted me to try on rings to get an idea of what my dream engagement ring would look like. Needless to say, EJ listened as I shared what I wanted in a ring. He had me try on a few options and I was able to envision EXACTLY what I wanted. I then shared with the budget we were wanting to stay within and he suggested I look on the Helzberg Diamonds website. EJ also shared that they currently were offering 12 months same as cash. After leaving the store, I went on the website and found 2 rings that were in the price range and had the look I wanted. I contacted EJ and he shared with me that his location did not have those rings, so he offered to call other locations until he found the rings and then he had them shipped to his store just so I could try them on. He was not being guaranteed a sale, but he did it anyway. He went above and beyond! He contacted me when the rings came in and I tried them on and the selected my favorite with his help! He also helped me pick out the perfect wedding band. He wrote everything out so that I could give all the info to my fiance', which I did! My fiance', Eddie went back a few days later and purchased the rings and then on March 22, 2022, he PROPOSED! THANK YOU EJ for making this special time in our lives even more spectacular!
