AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Steven Block helped me the whole way and knew all about the jewelry I was purchasing! This was a huge purchase and he made it very easy for me to navigate in what i wanted for my loved one!!! Quick and easy. The way that they navigated in helping all the customers in the store with just two associates….Now that’s great customer service in my eyes! Thanks to the Assistant manager Natty as well for being such a delight in getting us approved and checked out in a timely fashion. I will be shopping with Helzberg again in the future!
