I had the absolute best experience working with Angela and Carolyn while choosing my engagement ring. From the moment I walked in, they made the process feel so special, exciting, and stress-free. They were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and truly listened to what I wanted (even though I changed my custom work 3 times!) Angela and Carolyn helped guide us through every detail and made sure the ring was perfect. Their attention to detail and genuine care made this such a memorable experience. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else for something this meaningful!!!

The store manager Angela is just an absolute gem. She went above and beyond to make sure my jewelry was repaired quickly since I was visiting from out of town. One of the other workers named Taylor was also extremely helpful with my repair work. Overall, there is a great selection within the store and every employee I interacted with was extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend this store if you're in the market for jewelry or a repair.

Carolyn had initially helped me and my girlfriend try out different styles of engagement rings, we decided to sit on it for a while but came back recently and Ms.Angela was a great help today. They had kept notes from our previous visit and I was able to customize and purchase the engagement ring that was to my liking! They take their time to see what you’re looking for and I felt like I got great value for the quality I was looking for. Really appreciate their time and knowledge. Thank you!
