Always a GREAT experience! I first came to this location over a year ago to shop for rings with my sister, mom, and mother-in-law to be. My sister and I got engaged within 3 months of each other and both of us have Helzberg rings! The quality is unmatched. We walked into the store and had a blast trying on all different shapes and styles of rings. The staff was AMAZING! They were so sweet and knowledgeable. The staff has extensive training and it shows! You can also go to the diamond room to build a ring as a staff member walks you through the options. It was not a pressuring environment. They genuinely want people to have a great experience and to enjoy the ring shopping process without feeling bombarded to make a purchase immediately. We still talk about how fun that experience was and have told so many friends about it! Helzberg also offers incredible warranties on their products for an additional fee (I believe at the time of purchase). I just got my ring inspected for the first time and it literally took 2 mins including cleaning time! They just look up your policy based on the phone number used on the account and print a receipt that gives you a timeline for your next inspection. SO EASY! Jeffery Gray at Helzberg Diamons at Governors Square Mall in Tallahassee is awesome. When my dad's watch was damaged I wasn't sure how to get it fixed. Helzberg had always been a place my family has trusted for important jewelry decisions so they were my first choice to turn to. Jeffery found the part to fix it and got my dad tellling time again.
