My friend and I went in the other day and the WHOLE staff was so sweet and kind. They let us try on a bunch of rings and even build our dream ring stack. They also had candy and pins in the store that we could take. Literally everyone was so freaking sweet. Will definitely be telling my bf abt this place to buy my rings☺️☺️☺️

Mary Beth at the Springfield Illinois location was beyond pleasant and knowledgeable for us. After being treated like garbage by the manager of Rogers & Holland in the same mall, she pulled us in for a purchase of a wedding band. We had just left Rogers & Holland after the manager there loudly said “well thanks for shopping and spending your money locally” after we had asked to have our ring fingers sized. We will never frequent that store again. Mary Beth has a repeat customer coming though. What a great experience after a horrible one at the other jewelry store. Kudos to her.
