It’s hard to find a starting point to write such a well deserved review for Helzberg Diamonds! From the moment I entered the store until I left all the staff were extremely warm, welcoming and engaging. On top of this, the staff were extremely knowledgeable on the wide range of products offered which is a refreshing change from previous experiences I’ve had in other stores. In particular, Krista E and Morgan R were fantastic assets to the store utilizing and introducing me to the diamond room and teaching me more about stones and their qualities which was a fascinating and unique experience other than any I’ve had in other establishments. Additionally, Krista and Morgan taught me more about the history of Helzberg in addition to the fact that they are the only national jewelry retailer to be a member and be accredited by the American Gem Society (AGS). This means their products are held to the one of highest possible standards! Helzberg offers a warm, knowledgeable, and professional retail environment that makes you want to come back and I highly recommend them for these reasons!

Had an amazing experience at Helzberg. Krista & Caitlin were just incredible to work with as we created the most beautiful wedding ring set for our 35th anniversary. They were beyond patient, bringing forward so many great ideas until I found the style I fell in love with. We had a lot of fun, not stressful or pushy at all. Only 5 days until the ring was ready and I am so happy! 💍

I went to multiple different Jewelers looking for an engagement ring and the staff here were by far the most accommodating for the engagement ring I wanted. I worked with Jill, Caitlin, Morgan, and Mitchell over multiple different visits trying out different rings and they worked with me to find the perfect Stone to go with it. They were always extremely friendly and made sure I was satisfied with the final engagement ring.
