Sorry this review is from 2017 when my Mom passed away, but, whether Kim H is still the Manager or not, I feel I have to praise him and his ring repair guy (I forgot his name) for their kindness when I came in still very distressed about my loss. Their customer service was over the top and old school like when establishments used to genuinely care about their customers. Sounds like they continue to surpass customer's expectations today as well. Thank you so much for taking such great care of my ring, Kim, and for your compassionate heart. Bless you.

I'm not one to write reviews BUT I had such an amazing experience with the Helzberg Roseville staff, I felt the need to share. My husband and I went shopping for a new ring for me and we were unsure of what we wanted. The staff were extremely attentive and patient while we browsed through their selections, ensuring we would find the ring we loved. Mindy, Anita, and Megan were amazing and treated us so well and were super helpful! My husband and I had been to many stores but never felt cared for the way Mindy, Anita and Megan made us feel. It was such a great and welcoming environment. Kudos to the Helzberg- Roseville staff :D
