Love Helzberg!! Excellent customer service, beautiful jewelry at great prices. We have bought many necklaces, earrings , and a gorgeous wedding ring here. My wedding ring was in need of repair, so they did a whole new makeover on my ring in a decent amount of time and it came back looking like the day we bought it. They have in house repairing which is comforting to know that my ring was not sent off to a strange unknown location somewhere. I had a bad experience with another jewelry store with a ring I had bought quite some time ago that needed repaired. Chris at Helzberg noticed all that was wrong with my ring so I took it back to the store I bought it at and they sent it off, it took forever to get back. When it came back , I took it straight to Helzberg to check the repair. CHRIS checked my ring again ,it came back practically unfixed. I had to send the ring back multiple times to make sure everything was fixed. I would have never known that my ring wasn't fixed correctly if it wasn't for Chris. Thank you Chris and everyone at Helzberg! You are all amazing.
