The people at Helzberg were amazing! They were able to re-solder my rings after another jeweler did a poor job soldering them. Their team was professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience stress-free. My rings look beautiful again, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Highly recommend!

Huge shout-out to Helzberg Diamonds @ Battlefield Mall in Springfield, MO! Especially Blake who helped me through the process! My wife just got her new wedding ring back yesterday after being sent off for 4 weeks to solder an anniversary band with it. Unfortunately the sizing was a bit more snug than we expected so I came down to Helzberg in Battlefield Mall to request a resizing, and Blake was the consummate professional and super helpful throughout! I asked if we could get an expedited return or rush on this request, since it was initially quoted as potentially taking up to three additional weeks. (After already being without it for the last four weeks!) After initially giving me an estimate date of July 1st (4 days from today) - I got a phone call within the next five hours that the ring was done !!! Done in the same day!! I couldn’t hardly believe it! Huge props to Blake and the local jeweler that works in-store at this location! You guys were the best and a big answer to prayer! My wife will be very pleasantly surprised to have her wedding ring/band back so fast!! Big recommend, 10/10!

Blake was amazing at finding just what we were looking for to upgrade to a new wedding ring, he was friendly and helpful and help us build exactly what we were looking for, David stepped in and helped with the last part of the transaction and helped get us financially where we needed to be, can’t say enough about this place we had been to 10-11 stores the last 3 weeks and Helzberg had the actual rings and diamonds not plastic then make u wait 5 weeks to order without knowing if u really like the ring. Thank u so much we will be returning!!
