My wife and I visited this location for the first time in April for our 20th anniversary. We were professionally greeted by Ashlyn. We are long time Helzberg customers, and came in to purchase an anniversary ring, and have several other rings newly plated. Ashlyn made the entire experience excellent. She was a superb representative of the Helzberg brand, had a wonderful personality, exhibited knowledge in her profession and demonstrated a great ability to relate and service customer needs. Ashlyn ensured that our purchase and repairs were shipped out within the time we expected. We will continue to be loyal Helzberg customers for another 20 years!

This location is in a good area and a nice selection of options. The staff was super friendly and attentive. If you're in Moore, give this jewelry store a look if you're wanting to buy jewelry. I walked in to the Moore location to have my ring inspected and cleaned. I spotted this necklace that had a great meaning to me. I explained to them that my daughter had just passed away and she would always tell me “I love you more” when I told her I loved her. The original chain it came on was hard to get on and off so they suggested a magnet clasp for convenience. I also told them how nice it would be to have this necklace combined with 2 other keepsakes that had been gifted to me. A heart with her beautiful picture in it and her precious fingerprint . The jeweler places 2 silver balls on each side so I could wear them all together. Thank you Helzberg for taking the time to make this keepsake much more treasured!
