I’m not great at taking care of nice things but my boyfriend got me a gorgeous ring from here with the care plan and everything is covered! They inspect it and clean it and even warranty it for damage and resizing! Incredible! Sheri just helped me out and she’s wonderful. Highly recommend :)

Bert Varner and his amazing colleagues w amazing with getting my husband and I are wedding rings after going to over 6 different jewelry stores all the way from the east coast to Oklahoma. I visited the evening of September 6th 2023 and the two wonderful ladies (apologies for not writing down your names - hopefully I can find you again next time I'm there!) were very patient with my eager questions and curiosity about the various pieces they had on display! Their 'discount' display has some very lovely pieces at a variety of price ranges, and they even had some unexpected pieces, such as a Malachite heart pendant and a smaller replica of The 'Heart of The Ocean' from James Cameron's 'Titanic', complete with a real blue diamond! Whether you're in the market for jewelry, or simply want to admire various beautiful cuts of gemstones, definitely stop by Helzberg whenever you're visiting Quail Springs - I know I certainly will be

My wife and I really like emeralds, but the rings had diamonds. That's when Sheri told us we could customize them! Sheri was a big help to us and handled the sale very professionally. She was very patient and supportive without making us feel pressured at all. Just two short weeks after telling them how we wanted our rings, they were ready for pickup! They turned out great! They are nothing short of beautiful, especially my wife's ring!
