Ask for Dana!I was looking for an unusual Tissot watch as a gift for my wife's best friend in Europe and was debating between buying online or driving 1.5 hours to the King of Prussia store. I am so glad I made the drive! I called ahead and spoke with Dana, who was absolutely fabulous and professional from the very start. She took down all my information and held the watch for my arrival.When I got to the store, Dana provided top-tier customer service. We had a great, open conversation, and she patiently let me video-call the recipient so she could see the watch in real-time—she absolutely loved it! I visited this Helzberg location for my bi-annual ring cleaning and inspection. I had recently lost my engagement ring and wedding band (Luckily we found my engagement ring!), but since we are approaching our 5-year wedding anniversary and my jewelry taste has drastically changed, we decided to at least have a conversation about what replacing my set would look like. Andrea was extremely low-pressure and kind as she showed me the items I was interested in and walked me through my options. Lydia assisted and took over to show us the diamond we chose to build my ring as well as walk me through purchasing options. All throughout our visit, the entire Team-Especially Andrea-took great care of us and took time to entertain our 3-year-old who started to get a bit rammy toward the end of our visit. Ultimately we purchased a new ring set that is EXACTLY what I was looking for! I cannot wait to receive my new jewelry and show it off. :)
