I would be HIGHLY upset if Jesus or Mary Beth left because if it wasn't for them, I reallt would not have bought any jewelry from Helzberg at all. Jesus' communication and attentiveness truly saved my relationship with Helzberg and Mary Beth's compassion about having a genuine relationship with me won me over to try buying a ring from Helzberg overall. I had several issues from other Helzberg stores in regards to my ring size for a specific ring I wanted to get for my 3 year wedding ring anniversary, but ran into some issues about misinformation with sizing it down to my size. Yes I do understand my ring size is small, but not uncommon to get it sized down to. Jesus & Mary Beth along with their in store jeweler are incredible as they delivered as promised, even got me the ring size I needed! The employee Mary Beth help me with finding my wife a beautiful ring and assisted me with finding me a beautiful man G-Shock watch love every minute in this store I recommend everyone to stop by and speak with Mary Beth.
