I have so many good things to say about Helzberg Diamonds. Great prices, great staff, and genuinely kind people. I originally started my search at Daniel's Jewelers, and unfortunately it was a terrible customer experience. I didn’t know anything about the process of buying a ring—types of rings, pricing, or even where to start. Instead of helping, I overheard employees telling their coworkers not to help me if I wasn’t going to buy anything right away. That was extremely discouraging. How can someone buy a ring if they’re not even allowed to learn about the process? Then I randomly walked into Helzberg, and everything changed. Yesenia and Malika took the time to help me. I explained my situation, and they immediately made me feel comfortable asking questions. They walked me through the different ring types, pricing, benefits, and financing options—basically everything someone new to ring shopping needs to know. I actually came back to the store almost every Saturday just to ask more questions and learn more so I could find the right ring. They never made me feel pressured. From what they shared, Yesenia has been there about 19 years, Malika around 10 years, and another team member has been there close to 40 years. That kind of experience really shows. They even kept things light with a sense of humor, and it was clear that customer experience mattered more to them than just making a quick commission. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I absolutely love the ring I bought. If you’re looking for a place that actually cares about helping you find the right ring, I highly recommend Helzberg. DO NOT GO TO Daniel's Jewelers; they have new employees every week. A lot of employees get fired and major turn arounds.
