We had a wonderful experience at Helzberg while looking to upgrade my ring for our anniversary. Regina and Trey were incredibly patient and took the time to walk me through so many different options until I found the perfect ring. The trade-in process was very simple. Trey even brought us into the show room so we could see the fine details of the ring I was considering. There was absolutely no pressure at any point. I actually went home, slept on my decision, and came back the next day to make my final choice. Trey made the whole experience feel special and stress-free. All of the staff were welcoming, kind, and very easy to talk to. I’m so grateful for their help and highly recommend working with them!
