Felsata Mulugeta saved the day. Professional, knowledgeable, kind and gracious. If it wasn't for her, i would not have walked into Helzberg Diamonds store ever again. After spending my first $1500 (not much at a diamond store by any stretch) Helzberg figured they would screw me out of a $150 watch fix because i somehow i didn't purchase the coverage on the same date. Bravo, Helzberg 👏🏽Penny wise - Pound foolish! Anyways, Felsata went above and beyond her call of duty to save the day. She somehow convinced them to get it fixed, expedited the process, and got my watch on my arm again. Thank you!!! HD, you should appreciate her, give a raise, and remember its employees like her that cover for the terrible attitude of your company.

Wedding band shopping at the Helzberg store at Pentagon City Mall today was wonderful. I was greeted immediately by Chloe Walters, who cheerfully showed me endless options. We took pictures, looked at the rings in the mirror and discussed everything. Filli Mulugeta, who had 20 years of experience, was also extremely helpful. I had been ring shopping in several different stores prior and left each feeling frustrated by the jeweler, the choices in their stores, and their suggestions (or lack thereof). Here, I felt in very good hands, had lots of options and got exactly what I wanted. I am thrilled with my decision.
