i HAVE to write a review because it’s totally needed, but i’ve had a 10/10 experience every time i’ve ever gone in to the store. my fiance and i went in a few weeks ago to try on some different band styles and ended up walking out with a whole ring and enhancer band!! it was such an amazing experience and honestly so smooth, patrick helped us and he was the absolute sweetest. i have nothing negative to say, but that id recommend this place over and over!! picture of my beautiful ring we purchased 🥰

This shout-out goes to Patrick! I was looking to get a watch fixed and was told that their watch guy was unavailable. Patrick popped in with his excellent customer service and offered to take a look at the watch. Although they didn't have the tools to get it done that day, he still showed a great attitude, willingness to help out, and pointed us in the right direction to get it fixed. We always appreciate great customer service so thank you Patrick; keep on keeping on! 😁🚀

I had a great experience when I walked into the Helzberg Diamond. I had already got to 4 other jewelers looking for a particular color of stone. While the color stock was limited, they knew exactly what I was looking for and knew how they could make it for me. The sales rep was so knowledgeable and I feel bad that I'm unsure of her name but I see a Carol on my receipt. I'm so grateful for her help she guided me through ordering my own stones in in the shape and color richness i was looking for. She was even knowledgable on how the setting and cut would affect the color and how that may change what i was trying to achieve. She also let me know of an upcoming show where I might be able to find something to place the stones in same day. Ontop of that she took a look at my ring and noticed that the channel stones were really loose and advised me to not wear it until I could repair it. She guided me through how to get it repaired and we sent it off to be fixed up. It was a great experience. Regardless of if I fully find what I'm looking for or not she was the first jeweler who really went above and beyond to assist me, showed genuine interest and has amazing expertise and knowledge. I really appreciate what she did for me and was an outstanding example of customer care and service which should always be first and foremost in a companoes philosophy.There was already so many gorgeous stones and pieces and now also amazing sales rep, I know I will be back.
