I just finished working with Joe Whitaker. He was amazing. He not only helped me select to new chains for my old pendants he helped me with a security clasp for my tennis bracelet. Patrick at Helzberg is hands-down the best person to work with if you’re shopping for diamonds. He actually listens to what you want versus what you need, which makes the whole experience feel personal instead of salesy. His style is on point, and his knowledge of diamonds is next level, he explains everything clearly and makes sure you feel confident about what you’re buying. If you’re going to spend real money on a diamond, you might as well work with someone who truly knows their craft, and that’s Patrick. I almost left from buying there after an interaction with the manager after 18yrs, but after a chat with cooperate and then telling Patrick back and all in. 😁 Very glad to be a costomer again. On top of all that, he remembers me every time I come in, which says a lot about the care he puts into his work. Truly an awesome experience...ask for Patrick and buy all the diamonds. You won’t regret it.

I went into this Helzberg in South center mall to have my new watch band resized. I did not purchase the watch at this location, however, I was met by two wonderful ladies who treated me very kindly. I believe it was Carol Maxwell who resized my watchband for me in about 30 seconds and refused to take any payment for it. I had looked in other jewelry stores to have this done, but they all wanted to charge me $25-$30 to remove a single link. Carol happily did it for free. The customer service here provided by these two ladies was outstanding, and I will definitely visit the store in the future when I have jewelry needs.

Today, was my first ever time entering a Helzberg store and Robin was the sales representative that made my experience so wonderful. She helped me find the perfect locket for my mother. She gave wonderful suggestions of what I could add to the locket and was very welcoming and kind.
