Lifetime Care Plan
Each piece of fine jewelry marks a moment in your unique story, and we’re committed to keeping it as beautiful as the day you put it on. Our Lifetime Care Plan is a promise to cover services and eligible repairs for the life of your jewelry, even when you pass it along to someone else.
You play your part by bringing it in every 6 months for inspections and cleanings. They’re required so we can take care of normal wear that could become a problem later. See what else is covered below.

3-Year Jewelry Care Plan
Some metal types and designs mean a ring can’t be resized, so our 3-Year Jewelry Care Plan will offer you a replacement that fits. We’ll also replace bands that break or are damaged during normal wear, as well as lost or damaged gemstones.
The 3-Year Jewelry Care Plan doesn’t require inspections and isn’t eligible for renewal.

3-Year Watch Care Plan
Not all manufacturer warranties on watches cover even the basics. Under our 3-Year Watch Care Plan, we repair damaged crystals, crowns, stems, crystals, and more. We also refurbish or replace leather or rubber straps and metal bracelets up to once every 12 consecutive months.
Helzberg’s plan covers eligible watch repairs and services for 3 years from the date of purchase, no inspections required. They are not eligible for renewal.

Of course! Resizing your ring is one of the best benefits of the Lifetime Care Plan. And if you pass the ring along to someone else, we can resize it for them as long as they maintain the care plan requirements.
Yes. The reason we require inspections every 6 months is to catch problems with prongs and settings early. So if you do lose a stone, it's covered by our care plans.
Absolutely. Refinishing and polishing rings when they lose some luster are covered under our Lifetime Care Plan and our 3-Year Jewelry Care Plan.
Yes, if you sign up for a Lifetime Care Plan or 3-Year Jewelry Care Plan when you purchase your jewelry, it's covered. And Helzberg offers inspections, cleaning and repairs even if you didn't purchase your jewelry from us.
