I have been a loyal customer of your off for several years and we spent several thousands of dollars I lost a ring a few years back I purchased it it got sized and I was in a major car accident went to look for it after my memory started coming back about a year ago and I've been told by two of your locations nobody could find it but I stocked in the South county line you guys are considered South county location in St Louis Missouri and Ms Ali. Was the first out of 20 people at least stopped to care and find my ring paper trail but unfortunately has not been located yet it is being looked into but I really am just so thrilled to know that you all hire such wonderful people like her. She's reassured me that they're not going to stop looking just give her a little bit more time and I'm laying faith in that. A loyal customer.
