Exceeded all of my expectations by far. I was helped by Serena, Megan and Gabrielle. All three of them were super attentive from the minute I walked in until the time I left. Especially Serena. They asked a million questions about my partner to try and find the right stone for her. It felt very personalized. If Serena isn't a manager yet she should be!! Could not be happier.

I'm not one to write reviews BUT I had such an amazing experience with the Helzberg Roseville staff, I felt the need to share. My husband and I went shopping for a new ring for me and we were unsure of what we wanted. The staff were extremely attentive and patient while we browsed through their selections, ensuring we would find the ring we loved. Mindy, Anita, and Megan were amazing and treated us so well and were super helpful! My husband and I had been to many stores but never felt cared for the way Mindy, Anita and Megan made us feel. It was such a great and welcoming environment. Kudos to the Helzberg- Roseville staff :D
