We had a wonderful experience at Helzberg while looking to upgrade my ring for our anniversary. Regina and Trey were incredibly patient and took the time to walk me through so many different options until I found the perfect ring. The trade-in process was very simple. Trey even brought us into the show room so we could see the fine details of the ring I was considering. There was absolutely no pressure at any point. I actually went home, slept on my decision, and came back the next day to make my final choice. Trey made the whole experience feel special and stress-free. All of the staff were welcoming, kind, and very easy to talk to. I’m so grateful for their help and highly recommend working with them!

My wife and I get the most beautiful rings from Helzberg in Tyler but the staff made it so special. Jessica was very professional, informative, and such a joy to be serviced by while we chose our rings. She is amazing! Lyndee was also very helpful and kind! She greeted us with a warm welcome and a pleasant smile. Helzberg should give them a raise, they are both one of a kind!

First off, I am absolutely obsessed with my ring from Helzberg. I’ve been wearing it for almost a year and I still catch myself staring at it. It is just stunning. Recently, while playing with my dog, my ring was badly damaged. I brought it up here and Samantha had no issues getting it taken care of. Jose is the best ever. He got my beautiful ring bent back into shape, shined it up, and made it look like it was never damaged. I cannot say enough good things. Jose and Samantha are so great and helpful.
