I went here a few times, and I go dressed in my everyday clothing and the employees here make me feel good like I matter, they don't ignore me, like at the other jewelry places at the mall that think I don't want anything or I can't afford it. Great customer service they are not pushy, they listen and are very kind. Will be coming back!

My fiancé and I were treated with respect the moment we entered the store. There were a variety of beautiful bridal sets and Carolyn took her time with me, I never felt rushed. I was educated on the many type of diamonds available, financing options, and the Helzberg history. The diamond room was the best part. I was able to examine each and every diamond in my bridal set. Rita and Laura were patient and knowledgeable concerning the details of their trade. The sales person(s) took the time to explain the items I purchased in great detail. Rita's and Laura's deportment was exceptional, which in turn made a shopping experience I generally try to avoid, extremely pleasant. I know, we often hear people say that good customer service doesn’t exist anymore. Well, I am here to tell them that great customer service still exists.
