Highly recommend going to Helzberg Diamonds at Valley Fair. As a first time ring buyer, I felt valued and appreciated. I’ve gone to several different jewelry stores and was not acknowledged and was ignored. As soon as I walked into Helzberg I was greeted with a smile and approached by Alice. Alice was super helpful, our first time stopping by and trying out engagement/wedding bands. We had no clue where to start and she definitely made me feel at ease and comfortable. Alice explained and showed us a ton of different rings, styles, and colors. Alice was super patient and welcoming. If you don’t have an idea of what you are looking for, Helzberg Diamonds is the place to go. Thanks!
