Natural and lab grown diamond jewelry (loose stones and complete pieces) with an original paid price >$750.

10K, 14K, 18K gold jewelry with an original paid price >$750.

Dana Augustine Collection jewelry with an original paid price >$750.

No problem! We should be able to look up your pieces without your original receipt.

Yes! You can trade-up one current Helzberg piece for up to three (3) pieces as long as their total value is two times (2x) the original price or two times (2x) "Our Price" in Helzberg Outlet. See associate for details.

You may trade up across jewelry categories. For example, natural diamond jewelry can be traded toward gold or gemstone pieces, and gold jewelry can be traded toward natural diamond jewelry. Exception: Lab grown diamonds may only be traded toward other lab grown diamond items.

The following items are excluded and therefore ineligible for a trade-up:

Helzberg natural and lab grown diamond and Dana Augustine Collection jewelry <$750.

Trading up lab grown diamonds to purchase natural diamonds

Helzberg 10K, 14K, 18K gold jewelry <$750.

Gemstones (loose or otherwise)

You may trade-up diamonds or gold for gemstones, but we’re no longer accepting gemstones for trade-up

Watches

Vermeil, plated or any demi-fine

Sterling silver necklaces, chains, bracelets, etc.

Alberto Collection or Alberto Studio jewelry

Yes! As long as they follow the eligibility criteria listed above, custom Helzberg pieces are eligible for a trade-up.

Yes, as long as it meets the original paid price requirements.

Yes, as long as it meets the original paid price requirements.

Yes, you’ll need to purchase a new LCP to protect your new item(s).
