What is your return policy?
Part of our commitment to a hassle-free shopping experience includes a FREE, simple return and exchange privilege for all orders (including APO/FPO orders).
FOR 30 DAYS: We want you to feel the love with your Helzberg Diamonds purchase. So if you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’ll happily offer a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
Simply return your purchase in unworn, new condition*, along with the receipt, and any physical grading reports that came with the item. Watches must also include the original packaging and manufacturer’s warranty documents (please refer to Watch Assurance Plan).
Online Order Returns
- Call or Chat – Simply call 1-800-435-9237, or click the chat icon, to arrange for a free shipping return label.
- Store Locations – If you live near any store location they will gladly be able to assist you with your online return.
*Merchandise in unworn, new condition must be free of any signs of wear including, but not limited to, scratches, blemishes, scuffs, etc.
Exceptions to Return Policy
- All sales of pre-owned merchandise (including Rolex watches) or customized/engraved jewelry are final.
- Custom design fees and shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Pay Pal and Affirm orders cannot be returned in-store; contact Customer Care at 1-800-435-9237 for a free shipping label.
- If a free gift with purchase was received, it must be returned unopened to receive full credit.
- Gift cards received as a gift with purchase are not returnable.
- Returns associated with the gift with purchase gift card will be less the gift card amount.
- Lifetime Care Plan returns are made in accordance with the terms of the Plan.
- All refunds for purchases, or deposits, will be issued to the original form of payment. Cash, check, or travelers check; We send a check from our corporate office to the address on file for the individual whose name is on the receipt. Please allow 15 business days for mailing.
- Watches that have been sized are considered final sale.
FOR 12 MONTHS: We guarantee the material and workmanship of your purchase. We will repair or replace your mounting without charge if any defects are found during this period. If your jewelry becomes damaged as a result of a manufacturer defect, Helzberg Diamonds will repair or replace the item without charge. Guarantee excludes normal wear and tear and all damage caused by abuse.

Simply take your purchase to any Helzberg Diamonds store. All purchases made in one of our store locations must be returned to the nearest store location.
Shipping and returns
Jewelry exchanges and returns may be made within 30 days of purchase providing merchandise is in unaltered. Returns and exchanges for products purchased at a HELZBERG DIAMONDS OUTLET location will only be accepted at OUTLET locations. Online outlet purchases will also need to be returned to an outlet location, or arranged by calling Customer Care.
Can I return an item I purchased online to a store location?
Yes, you can return any item purchased online to a store location. To make a return, you will need your receipt, the item, and any packaging it arrived in. For the location of your nearest store, visit the Store Locator.
Can I return an item I purchased in a store online?
All purchases made in one of our store locations must be returned to the nearest store location.
Can I return an item I purchased in an OUTLET location at another Helzberg Diamonds location?
Exchanges/Returns for product purchased at a HELZBERG DIAMONDS OUTLET location will only be accepted at OUTLET locations.
How do I return a gift?
We will gladly exchange a gift you received for another item(s) or for store credit within 30 days of the purchase date. Or we will be happy to refund the individual whose name is on the receipt within 30 days of the purchase, in the same method of payment used at the time of purchase. If the original purchaser paid cash, a check will be sent to the purchaser from our corporate office.
I need to return or exchange a product. If I have received a Gift with Purchase (GWP) as part of my original order, do I have to return the Gift with Purchase as well?
Merchandise cannot be returned for a full refund without returning the Gift with Purchase (GWP) product in its original, unopened package.
