Never have I ever met a better staff. Than the jewelers here. All very kind, helpful, customer was great. No complaints. I didn’t feel rushed, they were very knowledgeable of the jewelry displayed. I went to check out the 5 stone diamond and it was beautiful.. Yasmine and Fatima helped me and my friend and my friend ended up purchasing. Fatemah is amazing! I walked around the whole Tyson’s 1 mall visiting chain jewelry stores owned by Signet Jewelers testing out how the management treated me as a pretend customer to see if I’d want to work for them and out of chance I stumbled into Helzberg just to check it out and I can say out of all the jewelry store managers (chain type business, not high end retail/major brands, they were al exquisite) she would be the one I would chose to work for. Also, if I genuinely was a customer, based on how all the Signet Owned stores treated me having no idea who I was, based on the response to the question I asked uniformly, I wouldn’t have shopped with anyone other than her. Very helpful, knowledgeable, caring, sweet and thoughtful. She has the kind of effervescent energy that indicates she’s the manager and you’re in trusted hands without her telling you her background and that’s the kind of girl I love the most
