I came in and had the pleasure of having David as my salesman. I had to get a ring cut off, which weighed on me. Rose was a fantastic associate who massaged my hand, where the ring was cutting in. David showed me options, from getting my rings fixed and sized, other ring choices, and payment options. The coolest part was David showing me the sparkle and shine of a diamond in "the diamond room." They are beautiful! David and Rose absolutely made me feel better about the fact I had to cut my ring off. I would 10/10 recommend them any day of the week!

Terry is amazing. She helped a guy like me who knows little to nothing about the engagement ring buying process every step of the way and was such a sweetheart. Today you find a lot of businesses that push or pressure you into add-ons, reviews etc. but Terry never made me feel that way. She has an old school vibe that matches how I feel as an old soul at 35. I wish more businesses would understand and study how she works because she does it right. The ring is beautiful and I will most definitely be back for all future purchases solely due to her. Thanks Terry!
