I came in and had the pleasure of having David as my salesman. I had to get a ring cut off, which weighed on me. Rose was a fantastic associate who massaged my hand, where the ring was cutting in. David showed me options, from getting my rings fixed and sized, other ring choices, and payment options. The coolest part was David showing me the sparkle and shine of a diamond in "the diamond room." They are beautiful! David and Rose absolutely made me feel better about the fact I had to cut my ring off. I would 10/10 recommend them any day of the week!

I had a fantastic experience with Helzberg in Battlefield Mall, and I can confidently say they’ve gained a lifelong customer. Back on Black Friday, I found a beautiful wedding band at a great sale price, for my April wedding. While I liked it at the time, I quickly had buyer’s remorse, but decided to sit with my decision. Fast forward to just before Valentine’s Day, and I found another ring at the same store that I absolutely loved, one that felt perfect for me. I brought back the original ring, unworn and in perfect condition, and asked if I could exchange it. I completely understood their return policy, so when they initially said no, I didn’t fault them at all… it was my mistake, not theirs. However, I later called and spoke with Jeremiah, the manager, and that’s where Helzberg truly showed their outstanding customer service. Jeremiah listened, understood my situation, and went above and beyond to make things right. He didn’t hold my mistake against me and worked with me to ensure I could have my dream ring in the end. That level of customer care is rare, and it meant so much to me during such an important time in my life. I truly appreciate how Helzberg handled my situation with fairness and kindness, and because of that, I won’t shop anywhere else for fine jewelry. If you’re looking for a jeweler that values its customers and stands behind its service, I highly recommend them!
