I had a fantastic experience with Helzberg Jewelers in Battlefield Mall, and I can confidently say they’ve gained a lifelong customer. Back on Black Friday, I found a beautiful wedding band at a great sale price, for my April wedding. While I liked it at the time, I quickly had buyer’s remorse, but decided to sit with my decision. Fast forward to just before Valentine’s Day, and I found another ring at the same store that I absolutely loved, one that felt perfect for me. I brought back the original ring, unworn and in perfect condition, and asked if I could exchange it. I completely understood their return policy, so when they initially said no, I didn’t fault them at all… it was my mistake, not theirs. However, I later called and spoke with Jeremiah, the manager, and that’s where Helzberg Jewelers truly showed their outstanding customer service. Jeremiah listened, understood my situation, and went above and beyond to make things right. He didn’t hold my mistake against me and worked with me to ensure I could have my dream ring in the end. That level of customer care is rare, and it meant so much to me during such an important time in my life. I truly appreciate how Helzberg Jewelers handled my situation with fairness and kindness, and because of that, I won’t shop anywhere else for fine jewelry. If you’re looking for a jeweler that values its customers and stands behind its service, I highly recommend them!

I took on of my rings purchased at Helzburg in to get sized recently. I have been shopping here for years. Love all of the staff. David took care of me today when picking up my ring. What a super sweet person! He seemed to know the jewelry business quite well. Very easy to talk to. Sharp dresser too!

This is the best place to go and get anything! All of the staff has helped so much with anything we have needed. We bought my engagement ring from here and needed to bring it in and have the prongs redone and they were super fast about getting it back to me. Will never go anywhere else.
