I was absolutely nervous shopping for a ring with my partner, experiences elsewhere had me feeling very uncomfortable with what I desired in my forever ring. My boyfriend and I were taken care of so well by Mia, she was an absolute pleasure to work with she was so kind, attentive and brought such professionalism to the counter I had thought I’d not be given once I described my ring I was searching for. She took my worries, concerns and doubts away without even knowing she was doing so, bringing me such peace with her grace. She took my breath away when she presented an absolute stunning ring I couldn’t let pass us by. Thank you Mia and thank you to the Helzberg team for such a wonderful moment I’ll never stop raving about!

I am impressed with how this store handled a very sensitive situation. I sent my ring in for a repair and it was intercepted in transit by the courier. They handled the incident with compassion and understanding. The replaced my stolen ring with an upgrade and even more beautiful ring. The ring that was stolen was my wedding ring with a lot of memories and sentimental value that could not be replaced. But they were communicative and caring. I recommend Helzeberg Jewelers for any jewelry needs Don and Julie were simply the best. The ring on the holder is the replacement. The one in the hand is the old one.

Everyone I ran into was friendly even on a Saturday. Helzberg is lucky to have Megan. I appreciate her friendly and attentive attitude and approach to her service.
