Robyn M is absolutely marvelous! She was such a patient and attentive diamond and jewelry consultant from start to finish. My wife and I went shopping for bands to accompany my wedding ring and I will be honest... we are difficult and very particular customers when it comes to our rings! Robyn made me feel very comfortable, with many valuable suggestions and incredibly sound advice. I wanted two identical pave diamond bands, to symmetrically hug both sides of my original pave solitaire band and diamond. We finally settled on having the two separate bands welded to my original ring. Not only did she help me find EXACTLY what I wanted, she made sure the ring was back into my possession before a very important work trip. I have just returned to the store for a routine inspection and cleaning. Robyn recognized that a couple of prongs were loose on my original diamond halo. She had the ring sent out, repaired and cleaned in just two days! This woman is so kind, caring and knowledgeable. She deserves a promotion! Thank you Robyn and Heltzberg's. We will be back.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience! Brenda and Mia helped me find the PERFECT ring after being completely devastated my current ring went missing. They were patient, kind, helpful, professional and made sure that I got everything I wanted and more by customizing and making sure everything was perfect! They are amazing and I loved working with them and wouldn’t work with anyone else! I’m so grateful to have met them they are the best!!

If you’re my girlfriend stop reading this!!! But I had the most amazing experience at Helzberg. They have beautiful jewelry, including the ring I ended up buying. Even better was their customer service. I was blown away by how helpful and attentive they were when my girlfriend and I needed help getting sized and looking at rings. Huge shoutout to Taylor, who explained the features of all the rings we liked and helped us find options that we loved. She also worked to talk about us and our relationship in terms we identified with, which made me feel so welcome and seen. When I came back to buy my girlfriend’s ring, the entire staff was so friendly. The manager even made it so I could afford the lifetime care deal, which is one of the nicest things he could’ve done for me. Overall the people at this shop are kind and knowledgeable. If you have any jewelry related concerns or questions they would be able to help you find an answer quickly and efficiently. They made sure to ask me about my plans with the ring and were so enthusiastic about them. I just want to say thank you for giving me such a happy life experience. I wish everyone here the very best!
